Sounds ace Tony. I think a large (c. 50 hectare) covered all-weather area will be about the only thing left on my shopping list for the quarry. Especially handy for days like today. Keep up the excellent work.

Arts funding brings even more to Bacup and to Lee Quarry

Another massive boost to Bacup and the area comes from some Heritage Lottery money this year. Lee Quarry is one of the featured sites in a massive Heritage Arts project - totalling more than £500,000 - to help boost the area.

Some installations are already in place at the quarry, making it even more accessible to the public - welcome news for the area !

How's the shoulder coming along?
I've been off my bike for nearly 2months now after fracturing my shoulder at the quarry! I fell on exiting the tables and double (after successfully clearing them) where you broke yours.
Are you coming to the next hope bb race?
